Shipping & Delivery

We carefully pack all orders using our standard packaging, often including recycled materials to help reduce waste and protect the environment. If you’d like special packaging, we’re happy to accommodate it—just note that additional charges may apply.
Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 working days (excluding the day the order is placed, weekends, and public holidays).
Shipping times depend on the delivery method you choose. The estimated delivery times are listed below, but please keep in mind that these are approximate, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Self-collection
Self-collection is available at our retail store located at Wonderful Market, 16 Sierra, Sierra Fresco. Please allow a processing time of 1 working hours, as orders cannot be picked up immediately after they are placed. Kindly provide your Order ID or Pickup Code to our team for verification during collection.
Parcels will be available for collection at Wonderful Market, 16 Sierra, Sierra Fresco from Monday to Sunday, 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM. The store is open daily .
Undelivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Please double-check your shipping details when placing your order, as we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels that are lost, undelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided in such cases. Thank you for your understanding.
Pre-Order Items
If your order includes pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) have arrived. If you’d prefer to receive ready-stock items sooner, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
