Shipping & Returns 

Shipping Policy

Shipping within Klang Valley

  1. Shipping within Klang Valley will be charged at a flat rate of RM10.00 per order.

  2. We ship via various courier companies to ensure parcels arrive on time (unless in unforeseen circumstances).

  3. Please note that Wonderful Market will not be liable for any lost parcels or any damaged items during mailing or delivery.

  4. We cannot ship orders to restricted locations in Malaysia including: KLIA airport, Free Trade Zone, etc.

  5. Orders are shipped out according to order numbers. Combination of orders placed on different days is strictly not allowed.

  6. Orders may be combined and shipped as one parcel if address labels of orders under the same address are printed out on the same day.

  7. Orders will only be processed once the full payment is received.

  8. All in-stock orders will be shipped out in 3-7 working days upon payment received, subject to stock availability.

  9. Pre-order items will be processed on the same or the next working day upon payment received.

Shipping Outside Klang Valley, Singapore, Brunei, Thailand including Sabah and Sarawak

  1. Shipping out state will be charge base on weight or volume metric upon total item check out. Additional freight charges will be notify via email before proceeding to final processing, or Overseas will be charged at a rate of RM20.00 for the first 1KG. Subsequence KG will be charged RM5.00.

  2. Overseas orders (shipping out of Peninsular Malaysia) above RM500.00 are entitled to Free shipping for the 1st 1KG.

  3. We ship via various courier companies to ensure parcels arrive on time (unless in unforeseen circumstances).

  4. Regardless of mode of shipping, a tracking number will be issued and updated once an order is dispatched.

  5. Custom / additional handling/taxes charges are borne fully by the customer. Wonderful Market is not liable for any additional postage or taxes, if any, charged by your respective local Courier / Customs / Government. Such payment is paid directly to the requesting organization, and therefore shall be collected from you by the requesting organization. 

Return & Exchange Policy

For your returns to be valid, it must be mailed to us within the 14 days from your order's received date. Late returns will be duly declined 
 

  1. Item must be purchased directly from us at www.wonderfulmkt.com
     

  2. Exchange items must be in original condition, return unworn/unused, unopened and in the original and complete pack quantity and accessories (i.e item cannot be open, used, altered, damaged, etc.) 
     

  3. Consumables Item such as Food and Beverages, Toners and Ink Cartridges are strictly NOT eligible for Returns. 
     

  4. Tags and packaging must be intact for item(s) returned. 
     

  5. All original parts and accessories must be included. 
     

  6. Items purchased using Vouchers, Store Credits, Promotional Codes, and/or under Sales category are NOT eligible for Returns, unless special circumstances.  
     

  7. Please pack the return item(s) securely. You may re-use the original packaging or any other form of packaging. Wonderful Market is unable to reimburse packaging material costs for exchanges. 
     

  8. Send your parcel via a delivery method that allows tracking. Wonderful Market will not be responsible for any lost mail. 
     

  9. Returns will be acknowledged within 5 business days after we receive the returned item, and processed accordingly thereafter. In general, processing for returns requests will be completed within 10 working days. 
     

  10. The purchase amount for the item (at time of purchase) will be fully refunded in form of either online transfer or Credit Card Debit. Any discount, rebate, or promotion may be pro-rated accordingly. 
     

  11. In the event where item is out of stock, full refunds may be issued.  
     

  12. Postage charges paid for completed orders are non-refundable. 
     

  13. Meet-ups will strictly not be adhered to for exchanges and returns. 
     

  14. Wonderful Market reserves the right to reject your exchange or return request if your item do not meet the above conditions or deemed suspicious. 
     

What is NOT considered as Defective Returns?

 

  1. Product's photos are taken under professional studio environment thus may be slightly color differences from actual item. 
     

  2. Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange. 
     

  3. Minor defects such as scratches, slight damages on packaging, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment of seams, or any reason that are similar in effect, are not considered as defects. 
     

  4. In general, 'defects' that do not affect the general usage of the item when use will not be considered as defects and hence, are not eligible for defective returns. 
     

  5. Defects which are caused/appear after handling by the customer are also not accepted for defective returns.  
     

Note: 
 

  1. Item's eligibility or 'defective' enough to qualify for an exchange will be determined based on the discretion of Wonderful Market.  
     

  2. Postage to Wonderful Market for return / refund / exchange shall be borne by customer.  
     

  3. Wonderful Market will bear to-and-fro postages for defective or incorrect items only. Please email us at hiwonderfulmarket@gmail.com with the relevant details so we are able to proceed with the reimbursement. 

Wonderful Market reserves the rights to amend any of the terms and conditions above.
